Read to Bee

Bee, our favorite Therapy Dog, will join us on Monday afternoons for one-on-one reading sessions. Reading to animals can boost a child's confidence, motivation, vocabulary, and fluency. Each week we will offer three, 15-minute, one-on-one sessions with Bee in a quiet, calm, non-judgemental environment. After each session, readers will earn a new Brag Tag to proudly display on their backpack. Please specify which time slot you would like when registering; 4:00-4:15, 4:20-4:35, 4:40-4:55. 

 

We will email you on the day of to confirm your time slot.

Since its founding in 1857, The Atlantic magazine strives for “challenging assumptions and pursuing truth” through journalism with a focus on literature, art, and politics. Join us for a monthly discussion group every 4th Wednesday of the month at 10:30 AM.
