Richard Taylor, Master Wildlife Conservationist from CT DEEP's Wildlife Team will present a series of nature programs on Connecticut's Wildlife.
- Eastern Coyote - Thurs. 1/18 @ 3:00 PM: Learn about the history, habitat, diet, and behavior of Connecticut's Eastern Coyote. Rich will also offer guidance on living in an area with coyotes.
- Bobcat - Thurs. 2/15 @ 3:00 PM: Discuss the habitat, breeding, and diet of Connecticut's Bobcat. Rich will also offer guidance on the challenges of living near bobcats.
- Black Bear - Wed. 3/6 @ 3:00 PM: Explore the natural history, habitat, diet, and life cycle of Connecticut's Black Bear. Rich will also offer advice on living with bears.
- Fisher - Tues. 4/16 @ 3:00 PM: Take a look at the natural history and management of Connecticut's Fisher. Rich will also share of some of the Wildlife Division’s work with fishers in Connecticut.

Richard Taylor is a retired Human Resources executive. He has a passion for education and continuous learning and has served as a Chief Learning Officer, a member of the Federal Committee on Apprenticeship and Rhode Island Vocational Council, and has degrees and executive certifications from SCSU, RPI, and Cornell. Richard has had an interest in wildlife and fishing his entire life. Since his retirement, he completed Connecticut's Master Wildlife Conservationist program and is now actively volunteering and presenting programs on wildlife to libraries and nonprofit organizations.
