Need a flu shot or the latest Covid booster? Come to the library on 10/16! We’re partnering with local pharmacist Tracey Reemsnyder to offer both vaccines. We’ll also be joined by Lynn Alston, the Community Breast Health Lay Navigator at Middlesex Health, who will speak on breast health awareness.
Tracey will be bringing both the Phizer and the Moderna covid boosters with her on 10/16.
In order to receive one or both of the vaccines, you’ll need to fill out both documents attached here and return them to the library no later than Saturday, 10/12. You can return it by email to askus@hchlibrary.org, or bring it to the library in person.

If you have any questions regarding your prescription medications, you are invited to bring them with you so you can speak one-on-one with the licensed pharmacist.
