Since its founding in 1857, The Atlantic magazine strives for “challenging assumptions and pursuing truth” through journalism with a focus on literature, art, and politics. Join us for a monthly discussion group every 4th Wednesday of the month at 10:30 AM.
Monthly issues are available to participating discussion group members in digital, audio, and print (while supplies last) formats.
No meeting in August.
In-person and virtual participation are available for this program.
Copies of the current issue are available at HCH Library. Please register to submit a request.
Join us in the Hub for some furious crafting! Bring a project from home, try something new, or just hang out and doodle! There's no wrong way to craft (but there is a wrong way to furiously craft--it's not rage crafting people, there is a difference).
This program is for teens ages 13-18.
Supplies may be limited for special projects; those who register get will get priority over those who do not in the case of not enough materials.
This event is for ages 13-18.
Meet up to play a few friendly rounds of Mahjong, a classic tile-based game.
Check the calendar for information on our other weekly Mahjong Meetup on Wednesday afternoons!
Gambling is not permitted on library premises.
Drop-in friendly.
Participants are not required to attend each program in this series.
