Virtual Chair Yoga

Stretch and flex from a seated position with a weekly, live, guided, Virtual Chair Yoga class led by Instructor Amy de Lucia-Ferri on Wednesdays at 9 AM.

Take a break and learn some exercises that you can do from your desk or kitchen table to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, and improve your blood circulation.

Join us for a live animal show with Horizon Wings, Raptor Rehabilitation and Education Center. It seems that owls have always been surrounded by an air of mystery, probably because most are nocturnal and not easily spotted in the wild.
