Learn the valuable life-skill of meditation to improve your mental and physical health. Join an online meditation class for adults weekly on Mondays at 11 AM guided by Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher Johanne Vannelli.
No class on 12/18, 12/25, & 1/1.
If you have previously registered for this program you will automatically receive the meeting information.
