From pools, to rivers, to open oceans, seconds count when it comes to water safety. 

Join survival expert Ben Rayner to learn potentially life-saving tips and info.

Ben Rayner, award-winning journalist, survival expert, and author of Water Safety: From the Backyard Pool to the Open Ocean will share valuable life-saving information at this presentation for swimmers and boaters of all levels. Join us to gain knowledge that can help you prevent a tragedy or survive a water emergency, whether you are a young parent with a backyard pool, new to boating, or an open-ocean navigator with years of experience.

Program for adults, teens, and children ages 8+.

About the Speaker:

Water Emergency Training, Inc. was incorporated in 2017 by Executive Director, Benjamin Rayner, and is a drowning prevention nonprofit. Rayner has decades of water experience; he was a Survival & Underwater Egress Instructor at Survival Systems USA in Groton, CT for seven years. He has trained thousands of students from the military, law enforcement, and medical communities. Rayner is also an award-winning reporter for Shore Publishing, garnering several recognitions for investigative journalism.
