Join us for an hour of sound healing and meditation with Fred Maerkle from Zentastic Wellness. Relax to the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls and bronze sound tools. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, cushion, or blanket. We will have space to lay down and chairs for those who prefer sitting.
Fred Maerkle is a Usui Holy Fire II Reiki Master, Kundalini Reiki Master, Certified Fengyang Tui Na Practitioner, Certified Fengyang Gua Sha Practitioner, Certified Biofield Tuning practitioner, Certified VFRT & IASTM therapist, and Tibetan Singing Bowl Master Healer.
