Preservation 101

Learn the ins and outs of historic preservation — and how you might benefit from various state programs designed to support historic preservation — from two experts in the field, Stacey Vairo, Circuit Rider, and Jane Montanaro, Executive Director of Preservation CT.

Afterwards, a lifelong local historian, April Godwin Shuman, will speak specifically to Clinton's past in regards to structures, all based on the 1915 Main Street Clinton diorama built by her father Bert Godwin. Thanks to PreservationCT, drone footage and drone photos will compare our Main Street now to Main Street then.
