In-Person Yoga & Mindfulness for Adults
Update: Starting 8/23 this class will meet at 4:00 PM! Join yoga instructor Amy DeLucia-Ferri for a relaxing in-person gentle yoga class for adults on Wednesday evenings from Wed. 8/23 through Wed. 10/26. Please wear comfortable, warm, stretchy clothes. Guests may bring their own yoga mat or borrow one from the library to use during the class. Please register for each class individually. Doors open at 3:45 PM.
