Please join us on Tuesday, July 11th in the HCH Community Room for a discussion of This Body I Wore by Diana Goetsch , a memoir chronicling her journey to coming out as transgender, a path that runs parallel with the emergence of the trans community over the past several decades. She brings us into her childhood, her time as a dynamic and beloved teacher at a New York City High School, and her plunge into the city’s cross-dressing subculture in the 1980s and 90s.   There is no registration for this event.  Books are available at HCH Library, please contact cathleen@hchlibrary with any questions.
