Event Details
Inviting all curious readers to join our book discussion The Fate of Food by Amanda Little on Tuesday, September 13th at 1:00. This book is an examination of different approaches to food production that point the way to feeding the more crowded, hotter, and drier world of the future. This is an important, well-documented book that is highly readable, fact-filled, and eye-opening. Joining us will be Barbara Stuart, a Yale English lecturer who teaches the courses “Food Policy” and “Writing About Food. Professor Stuart will help to understand the current food production trends.
