Event Details

Kick-off National Novel Writing Month with prompts to brainstorm new characters and/or further develop characters you may have already created for a short story or novel. Published author and educator Chelsea Dodds will guide you in exploring ways to enhance characterization in whatever stage of the writing process you are currently in. 

Chelsea Dodds is a Clinton-based writer who has been teaching for 10 years at both the high school and college levels. She holds an MFA in fiction from Southern Connecticut State University and her short stories have appeared in Maudlin House and Sixfold Journal.
