Blackout Poetry for Teens: National Poetry Month

This after-hours event for teens invites you to transform old book pages and newspapers into original poems using markers, creativity, and a little chaos. You’ll hunt for hidden phrases, black out the words you don’t need, and reveal a poem that’s totally your own. All supplies provided, including pizza — just bring your imagination. For teens 12-18.

Este evento fuera del horario habitual, dirigido a jóvenes, le invita a transformar páginas de libros  y periódicos en poemas originales utilizando marcadores, creatividad y un poco de espontaneidad. Buscará frases escondidas, eliminará las palabras que no necesite y revelará un poema totalmente suyo. Se proporcionarán todos los materiales, incluida la pizza; solo se debe traer su imaginación. Para jóvenes entre 12 a 18 años.
