Collagescapes

Mixed media collages: landscapes, still life, and people.

About the exhibit:

"These 'collagescapes' are created using a montage of ripped-up magazines as my color palette. Early on in my advertising career, I used magazine scrap art to create "comps" which would demonstrate a concept to a client. Fast forward to the mid-2000's, where I use a similar technique to create impressionistic works to satisfy my creative soul."—Alex Wetmore
